Export/Import Flow RFQ, Readiness, Operation
 Receive RFQ from Program Manager (PM), coordinate with Purchasing to finish purchasing quotation, clarify minimum order quantity (MOQ) with Purchasing and Suppliers, collect necessary information like tax refund rate from Customs Department, supplier code, tooling ownership, supplier payment term etc. from Purchasing team, calculate IRF process charge, coordinate with Finance controlling Team to finish final IRF selling quotation. To launch parts series flow in APAC IRF after nomination. Contact with end customers to send Item Card (IC), assign IC in SAP to Purchasing, coordinate with buyer to finish P.O, Customs Department to maintain tax information, ensure all necessary information has been maintained in SAP, and align first release date with end customers and suppliers. Tracking weekly release, contact oversea plants to solve the issues when it occurs, make weekly delivery planning, work with Logistics Service Provider (LSP) to ensure suppliers’ delivery is on time. Maintain APAC IRF active master part list. Including part number, package information, supplier information, warehouse location, MOQ etc.
     Current Flow ECN (Engineer Change Notification) Management and KPI  
Track all CCD/CN/ODM (change notification) quotation and implantation. Use CN system to double check Delta price, track samples delivery if needed, align old PN stock consuming with end customers and suppliers, and align new PN implicated date. Tracking APAC IRF KPI including RFQ finish situation, part readiness situation, on time delivery (OTD), loading rate, Revenue and cost analyze, and LSP KPI. Coordinate with suppliers and end customer for implementation of any optimization. (Like package optimized, annual purchasing price reduction, tooling amortized tracking)
     Requirements  Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Logistics Export/Import Operations and/or Network Design and/or Program Management
Good English Communication Skills both written and verbal
Good command of MS office, Outlook
Proactive, Open mind for intercultural experience, team working, problem solving, analytical skills, communication skills, negotiation & conflict management
If having tax (VAT, tax refund etc) knowledge will be preferred.
Overtime may be required
Bachelor Degree. Master’s Degree is desirable
